Admissions

Comedy Studies is open to anyone currently enrolled in college who will have both a minimum of undergraduate junior-level status—or 60 credit hours successfully completed—by the start of the program and a demonstrated interest in performance, comic writing and improvisation.

Applicants must provide the following:
• Completed application form including resume, letter of recommendation, and essay,
• Transcripts with proof of successfully completing 60 credit hours or more, and
• Proof of completion of the following courses or their equivalents:
Improvisation Techniques I
Acting II: Advanced Scene Study
English Composition II

Application Deadlines and Notification of Acceptance

FALL 2008
Applications Comedy Studies' Fall 2008 semester must be received (not postmarked) by the office of Undergraduate Admissions no later than 5:00pm on April 15, 2008 . Students admitted to ComedyStudies will be notified of acceptance no later than April 21, 2008.
