Admissions

Comedy Studies is open to anyone currently enrolled in college who will have both a minimum of undergraduate junior-level status—or 60 credit hours successfully completed—by the start of the program and a demonstrated interest in performance, comic writing and improvisation.

Applicants must provide the following:
• Completed application form including resume, letter of recommendation, and essay,
• Transcripts with proof of successfully completing 60 credit hours or more, and
• Proof of completion of the following courses or their equivalents:
Improvisation Techniques I
Acting II: Advanced Scene Study
English Composition II

Application Deadlines and Notification of Acceptance

SPRING 2011
Applications Comedy Studies' Spring 2011 semester must be received (not postmarked) by the office of Undergraduate Admissions no later than 5:00pm on October 15, 2010. Students admitted to Comedy Studies will be notified of acceptance no later than November 9, 2010.
